This free module allows you to log into your frontend as your customer.
This free module will let you log into your frontend as your customer. This is very useful tool that you can to
- order on behalf of your customers
- look at your site from customer's point of view
- reproduce customer specific problems
Compatibility
The module is compatible with thirtybees and prestashop 1.6.0.0 - 1.7.5.2.
Unfortunately, this module does not fully work in prestashop 1.7.6 due to changes in admin customer page. In this version, it is not possible to log from directly from list of customers. You can only log in from customer detail page.
For Support this is a MUST!
There are simply times that you need to see exactly what the customer is seeing, or you might need to help customers that are not as tech-savvy. This module is great for that! Saves so much time!

PS 1.7.6.7 not working
By clicking the button in the customer page in BO will be redirected to login form asking to login.
In this way is not working.
