Is there a way to change behavior when product out of stock. I found variable allowOrderOutOfStock but is not editable.

I don't understand what do you mean - change behaviour when product out of stock. Could you please explain what you are trying to achieve?

Product can be allowed to order when is out of stock or deny order. I need to change this settings by supplier or manufacturer.

I understand now. No, it's not possible to edit this using datakick. allowOrderOutOfStock product variable is a not editable, because it is actually a calculated expression using multiple input values.

To make this editable, I would have to expose underlying data first.

Is this something you urgently need?

I currently have my own module, but in the new version of the store (prestashop 1.7) I prefer to use mainly datakick. I plan to update it next week.
