We are using Revws and currently the user-submitted store reviews are showing on the home page only. We'd like to create a dedicated Reviews page and would like to know what we need to do to get the reviews to show there?

dedicated pages for reviews are already part of the module. You can find them under
/reviews
/product-reviews
/store-reviews
For example: https://demo.getdatakick.com/en/store-reviews
