Hello.

Why I have such information in module? E-mails are not sended after cron. Orders are in "Order sent" status which I also have checked in Revws settings.

This is governed by Automation settings > Wait period after an order has shipped.

Revws determine if order has been shipped by existence of delivery slip. If order went through at least one Status that generates delivery slip, it is marked as shipped. From that date system waits wait period after an order has shipped days, and then request is sent.

You can disable this by settings this option to empty.

The problem is that I have set it like this:

Delivery delay (days): 3

Wait period after an order has shipped

And orders are in status ("Order sent"which I have marked in revws settings) now for example for 7 days (since 01.12.2022) and still I have "MERCHANDISE HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET".

I just want to tell that this status is set through API but for CRON it should not be a problem?

It can be a problem if order status is changed directly without using back office api, as controller performs a lot of additional tasks.

You should check that the delivery slip exists for those orders. If they exists, then they are probably marked as shipped. If they don't exists, they are not marked as shipped.

Hmm, sorry but I don't understand it too much: "You should check that the delivery slip exists for those orders. If they exists, then they are probably marked as shipped. If they don't exists, they are not marked as shipped.". Look in attachment. All this orders are in "Zamówienie wysłane" status.

This comes down to the Order status settings. Check that the order status switches your order to 'Shipped' state - when order is shipped, you should see Delivery slip document associated with your order in your back office.

Ohh, now I see. But this option which you showed in red color is an option not to mark a status as a shipped but it is option only to show PDF delivery. I don't know if anyone is using this option because it is useless in my opinion :) Until you message I thought that you meant this option in status options:
