fresh install with no customization yet but module REVWS not working properly

Hello,

I am preparing a fresh install for my store and I have successfully installed the latest version of the revws modulev 1.3.0 into a prestashop 1.7.8.9 FRESH install on Litespeed PHP 7.4. No cache is enabled.

Unfortunately this is how the evaluation popup is being presented:

the stars to take into consideration the input, in fact, after simulating a vote, the review form appears:

But stars layout i completely messed up as well as animations that colors the stars.

Which can be the issue?

I have tested and verified the issue in safari and chrome.
