It would be good to be able to post the reviews to social media, perhaps from the back office at the time of approving the reviews?

Thanks for the suggestion. Sharing reviews to facebook / twitter is actually on my todo list. For technical reasons, there are some pre-requisites that needs to be implemented first. For example, we need to have dedicated page for every review, so facebook can fetch it's metadata from there.

It will be premium only feature, though

In the module settings > Home page it is possible to display store reviews. Is it possible to display product reviews instead. For example have x number of product reviews displayed there instead of store reviews?
