This subject was a long-running glitch in Prestashop 1.6, and got worse when the workaround stopped working. Then a free module came-along to use whatever Cloudflare uses to tell Thirtybees (or Prestashop) where the customer is. I don't have to think about it or know about it when it's plugged in. Thanks!

Good as a simple free module, thanks and ultimately important in pretty accurately determining your users' countries.
Not easy to test, perhaps in debug mode allow us to see the header data in the page?
