domain mismatch

upon applying the licence I get a Domain mismatch the domain the domain in the purchase area is the same but the shop sits in a subfolder.

How to fix this?

Hi,

only domain name is checked, subfolder is not important. License is valid for all subdomains as well.

If you generated license for domain.com, you can use it even on www.domain.com or shop.domain.com

If you generated license for www.domain.com, you can use it on www.domain.com or sub.www.domain.com, but not for domain.com or shop.domain.com. Maybe this is the root of your problem (you are accessing your admin without www?)

Great. I have regenerated your license key for top-level domain -- you can use it with or without www prefix. Please go to Your Account > Purchased Modules and copy the new license key.
