One of my customers bought the Chex module too and is working on his site. it's running fine, except he needs to show the COD fee in tne cart on left column (Checkout page).
Can you please help us or tell what code insert and where?
My partner and I tried to contacto you other ways, but I supose you're not active on those channels.
I can send you the license, but please, we need to solve this ASAP.
