changing order status don't work

Hi there, I would like to change order status after creating new order for a specific condition. The trigger and condition works with other action "redirect" but i don't work with "change order status". How to make it to change order status?

After the trigger 'New order created' is called, your prestashop probably change the order status once more, and overwrites your custom status value.

Hi, thanks for your reply, what trigger would you suggest to not overlap with presta, but working with new orders ?
