Problem with status changes

We have a small problem when changing the status.

For this, we use two combined actions.W In the first one the trigger is a status change - if the new status ID=19 send an email. Then, using the "After Conseqs Rule" we call the action asking to change the status to ID=60. Everything works almost fine, because the email is sent, the status changes (to ID=60), but the order is still in the status ID=19. Both statuses have the same time and second of calling. Is there any solution to this problem?
