Reviews Stopped working

Reviews stopped working. Customer added review however it is not showing in admin "waiting approval". Customer emailed me and stated review has not been approved yet. Not sure how to fix this.

Also I see this module sends an email? How do I configure?

Customer left review today but not showing on website. Received review email asking to approve. I clicked approve but not on website. Reviews were working perfectly I inquired about an issue one day and was asked to install a upgrade and was sent a new Review module to upload. Should I reinstall the old version or ?? Thanks.
