Add custom text

Hi,

because of the law change, we are required to add custom text to each place where revie can be created or are displayed.

We simply need to inform customer about review process (is it moderated and how).

The module is currently in the product page, in tab. We would like to add the text below "create a reviev" button.

Could someone advised which .tpl file and in which place, should we edit to add it there?

Hello, we have a similiar problem, but we want to add text to every review without verified buyer badge. We found item.tpl file, but if we change anything there, there is not visible on site. Can I ask You for advice?
