Back Office Two Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication significantly decreases the risk of hackers gaining access to your thirty bees administration area.

In order to access your administration, your employees will have to enter their access credentials, and also secret code that changes every 30 seconds. Your employees have to use Authenticator mobile application to figure out current code.

Even if password your employee used is compromised, hackers will not be able to log-in to your back office.

This module is compatible with any mobile authentication app that supports Time-based one-time password (TOPT) as defined by RCF 6238, including

• Google Authenticator
• Microsoft Authenticator
• FreeOTP

Supported PHP versions

• Version for thirty bees requires PHP 8.1 and higher (if you are running thirty bees on older PHP version, please use ps16 build)
• Version for prestashop 1.6 requires at least PHP 7.1. This version does not run on PHP8
