This simple module uses CloudFlare GeoIP headers to set customer's country and currency
If you are using Cloudflare in front of your PrestaShop / thirtybees server, you might know that cloudflare do GeoIP translation - a process to detect visitors country based on their IP address.
Cloudflare is kind enough to pass this information to your server in custom HTTP header. This free module use this information to set customer's country and currency.
Simple. Is that possible? Yes
This subject was a long-running glitch in Prestashop 1.6, and got worse when the workaround stopped working. Then a free module came-along to use whatever Cloudflare uses to tell Thirtybees (or Prestashop) where the customer is. I don't have to think about it or know about it when it's plugged in. Thanks!
